1. Right to Cancel
1.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork or art print. This "cooling-off" period starts from the day after you received the item(s).
1.2. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by contacting our customer support team at [email/phone number]. You may use the model cancellation form provided in the confirmation email, but it is not obligatory.
1.3. Please note that this right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or custom-made artworks that are created specifically according to your requirements.
2. Return of Items
2.1. If you decide to cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, you must return the item(s) to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel.
2.2. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the artwork or art print.
2.3. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and any promotional material that may have been included.
3. Inspection of Returned Items
3.1. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect the condition to ensure it meets the requirements for a full refund.
3.2. If the item(s) are not in their original condition or have been damaged due to mishandling, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
4. Refunds
4.1. If the returned item(s) meet the criteria for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) or evidence that you have returned the item(s), whichever is earlier.
4.2. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and the original shipping cost will be included in the refund if the entire order is returned.
4.3. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues in the refund process caused by your payment provider.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
5.1. In the event that the item(s) you receive are damaged or faulty, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing photographic evidence of the damage or fault.
5.2. We will offer you the option of a full refund, a replacement of the same item (if available), or an exchange for another item of equal value.
6. Final Sale Items
6.1. Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" due to their nature or limited availability. Such items are exempt from the right to cancel and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or faulty.
